Italian jazz-funk group Aura Safari release superb new 7inch single on Terrasolare
Italian-based jazz-funk group Aura Safari, featuring keyboard wiz Alessandro Deledda, producers Nicholas Iammatteo, Lorenzo Lavoratori, Daniele Melloni, Andrea Moretti, and special guest guitarist David Pieralisi, have recently released a superb new 7inch single on the Terrasolare label.
The A-side track “Arcipelago” is a breezy summertime jazz-funk gem that includes a heavy dose of spacey keys and cosmic textures, while the the flip side cut “Gemini” has a more broken beat feel featuring electric fusion grooves and a funky synth bassline.
With the single receiving some strong support and copies of the single selling quickly, we can only hope that a new full-length album is the works for this Italian fusion collective. Move fast on this one!
