Following five superb releases last year, German DJ/producer tag team Delfonic and Kapote return for their sixth volume of their Illegal Jazz series, featuring jazz-funk edits aimed at the dancefloor.

Featuring four incredible edits, each track has it’s own vibe, from cosmic balearic groovers and Latin heaters to a great rework of The Crusaders “My Lady”. The entire Illegal Jazz series has been brilliant, however Vol 6 is arguably there best to date. The record is already seeing a lot of play on WorldwideFM, including Colin Curtis’ Sunday “Jazz Dance & Fusion” show

These 12inch releases are limited and tend to go fast, and therefore I would highly recommend snatching up a copy immediately. Hopefully this is the first of many more releases we will see this year from this growing series.
